Built between 1964 and 1972, Seven Lakes Golf & Country Club is a private, mid-century modern, gated community of 341 homes. Situated on approximately 120 acres, Seven Lakes is in the southern section of Palm Springs in zip code 92264, close to downtown shopping and restaurants.



Seven Lakes Homeowners Assoc., Inc. is self-managed by a homeowner elected Board of Governors, with an on-site General Manager and support staff. Members enjoy professional landscaping services with a strong 30-year reserve funding program.
