    We are looking for a dynamic, customer-focused, licensed Realtor to join our The Paul Kaplan Group. Our team will provide you an opportunity to grow your income through mentorship and culture.     Being organized and having meticulous attention to detail is what you do best - you must be able to pivot between competing priorities and constantly think of ways to streamline workflows. Flexibility, organization, and communication are the keys to success in this role.

    

    You’ll hunt for leads, cultivate relationships with potential customers, and assess their wants and needs to help them find that perfect property.     Qualifications

    • Commission opportunity only
    • Real estate license is required.
    • B.A / B.S degree or equivalent experience is preferred.
    • Superb time management, high integrity and work ethic, completes tasks quickly.
    • Team player who believes their success is the team’s success.
    • Excellent written and oral communication with great interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to set and close appointments over the phone.
    • Self-motivated with a desire to acquire and apply skills and knowledge.
    • Extreme attention to detail and ability to stay calm under pressure.
    • Pleasant and professional demeanor at all times.
    • Tech-savvy and proficient with Google suite of products (Gmail, Calendar), Email marketing, Social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok), and CRMs
    • Full time real estate focus, flexible schedule, and must work some evenings and on weekends.
    • Must have a car as a reliable mode of transportation.
    • Have a laptop computer.

    

    Responsibilities

    • Successfully maintain a lead generation database and CRM to increase sales, create new client relationships and develop deeper relationships with your Sphere of influence.
    • Follow up with prospects via email, phone calls, and other forms of communication in a timely fashion.
    • Showings: provide showing coverage for team listings, buyers, and rentals.
    • Host open houses, attend inspections, appraisals, as well as meeting stagers and contractors as needed. Attend closing processes to provide support to the customer when appropriate.
    • Set listing and buyer appointments.
    • Master sales scripts.
    • Scheduling team buyer tours, create a schedule, and email clients.
    • Review listing marketing materials.
    • Pick up lockboxes and distribute buyer/seller packets.
    • Develop an understanding of Bennion Deville products, tools, and programs, both generally and in response to specific operational needs.
    • Provided lead generation.
    • Client Relationship Management (CRM) software and use our company-branded email.
    • Mentorship and coaching.
    • Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met.
    • 1099 Independent Contractor.
    • Flexible schedule and ability to work from home office.
