This past week, as Modernism Week energy filled the air, I had the opportunity to tour and show some truly extraordinary homes—architectural stunners that stopped me mid-sentence and reminded me, once again, why Palm Springs is unlike anywhere else. The vision. The boldness. The confidence. From iconic midcentury estates to striking contemporary builds still rising from the desert floor, it was a vivid reminder of how much incredible architecture has been built here—and continues to be. And quite honestly, that’s my favorite perk of being a real estate agent—the rare privilege of touring extraordinary homes I might never otherwise enter, all while maintaining the illusion of professionalism as I internally spiral over good design (even if my client doesn't necessarily "get it!")
