This unique mid-century subdivision of approximately 60 homes is located in Central Palm Springs, just east of the Palm Springs International Airport. Developed in the late 1950s by Roy Fey, many of the homes are designed by one of the most prominent architects of the Southern California Modernist movement, Donald Wexler, with his partner Bill Harrison.
